Big Thrill Factory, CEO Talk

Barry Zelickson concepted, designed, developed and opened the initial Big Thrill Factory. He is focused on the continued development and growth of the BTF brand. Most recently, he was selected by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions to join the 11 person FEC Committee. In addition Zelickson has extensive work and ownership experience with both large and small corporations including: Sr Vice President of Border Foods, a regional franchisee in the quick service food industry operating approximately 130 Taco Bell restaurants and Spooky World where he developed, opened and operated this nationally acclaimed seasonal Halloween theme park.  He has overseen in the product development, marketing and production businesses for K-Tel International, Fingerhut and River Road Productions.  Prior to becoming a marketing executive, Zelickson had a successful career in finance, first with First Bank and then as a partner with his own merchant banking firm Dunmore Capital Group. Mr. Zelickson earned a BSB degree from the University of Minnesota and a JD degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
