Hennepin County Fix-It Clinic

Nancy Lo works on waste reduction and recycling for Hennepin County’s Department of Environment and Energy. In addition to coordinating the Fix-It Clinic program, she works on the county’s business recycling grant program and focuses on reducing the amount of food being wasted.

Bring your broken household items to a Hennepin County Fix-It Clinic and receive free guided assistance from volunteers with repair skills to disassemble, troubleshoot and fix your items. Fix-It Clinics teach valuable troubleshooting and basic repair skills, build community connections and reduce the number of repairable objects that are thrown in the trash.
