SANDWICH MAKING FOR THE HOMELESS

 

EMRC recently met at the Edina Senior Center  for a service event to assemble sandwiches for 363. Alan Law arrived to share appreciation and the story of what will happen to the sandwiches. We assembled 1000 Turkey Bologna sandwiches with cheese. The plan was to deliver all the sandwiches we made fresh that night to shelters and to many homeless individuals living under the bridges in the Twin Cities.
