Julie Brown and Cathy Hogan, Boulay Group, Allyship
Julie Brown joined Boulay in 2007 and has served as the Director of Culture and Inclusion since 2023. With nearly 20 years of experience, she is responsible for executing and managing the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and programming. She also leads initiatives related to onboarding, offboarding, and activities ensuring Boulay’s new and fully remote team members feel connected to their teams and the firm. Prior to transitioning to the Director of Culture and Inclusion role, Julie spent over 15 years in Boulay’s Human Resources department, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and other Human Resource efforts.
EMRC member Cathy Hogan joined Boulay Financial Advisors, LLC in 2021 and has more than 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. As the Director of Operations and Compliance, Cathy leads BFA’s Operations and strategy development. She partners with other leaders in BFA to identify, manage and deliver on operational, technology and compliance priorities, as well as develop strategies to drive change at all levels. Cathy is passionate about improving the client experience and is motivated by the opportunity to solve problems, get answers, serve others and improve processes and procedures.
The Minnesota School Psychologists Association presented Representative Cheryl Youakim with an award for her advocacy and support of school psychologists in the Minnesota Legislature.
Highway 100 Cleanup will be Saturday, April 20, 7:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Bring friends and family for this spring's cleanup. There is plenty to do! Meet up in the Edina City Hall parking lot. Wear gloves and sturdy shoes. Bob Schriver will have vests and bags for you.
Edina Give and Go is one of Edina Morningside Rotary Club's local grant recipients. Attending their anniversary celebration, on April 12th at Pinstripes, would be a great, and fun way, to continue our support.
