The volunteer list filling up quickly, but we do have some slots left, so please reply to this e-mail with your interest and what shift works for you.
For the last six Lake Front music festivals EMRC has sent a team of volunteers and in the process we have had a ton of fun, enjoyed the biggest names in classic rock and have raised thousands for EMRC causes.
We are very fortunate to have the plum spot of working the VIP tent on Rock night right next to the stage. This year the tradition will continue and we will again have a large team of our members and their SO's/spouses involved. As a volunteer you will enjoy the entertainment on Rock night, and you will also have entry to Country night (where you don't have to volunteer). The line ups are as follows:
Friday July 10th
Rock Night:
- Billy Idol
- George Thorogood
- Jefferson Starship
Saturday July 11th
Country Night:
- Keith Urban
- Jackson Dean
- Karly Scott Collins
Friday night July 10th, is when EMRC provides the volunteers. Various opportunities include the following assignments and shift times:
4 to 8 PM- General Hospitality, and Bartenders
6 to 10 PM- Monitoring the Pizza buffet
- Note please plan to arrive at the grounds 30 minutes prior, and allow extra time (45 min to an hour) for parking and shuttles . Volunteers need to be 21 and attend a zoom alcohol compliance seminar.
