Customer Information: Information is collected at the time of a sale in order to complete the sale. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties.

Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed by Paypal. Only data required to verify and complete a transaction, such as purchase price, street address, zip code, and credit card information provided by the customer is supplied to Paypal. Information collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties.

The Edina Morningside Rotary Club web site requires the use of cookies. Cookies are small sections of code that our server sends to your browser, which are then stored on your hard drive. Cookies are used to keep track of items ordered. This allows users to shop and maintain a list of items in their "shopping cart" and have the total amount due calculated. A user does not have to supply any personal information unless the user decides to complete an order and pay via credit card or check. These cookies are not used for any other purpose.

These policies may be updated occasionally, but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. If changes are made in the future, the changes will be reflected online.
